The Hills Country Club is a members only club and one of the top country clubs in the Austin Area. At the Chophouse we are open 6 days a week (closed Mondays) for breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, positive attitude and experience in bartending or bar backing. There is always room to move up at an Invited Clubs property, of which we are a Signature Club.

The bar-back position at the Chophouse will include the following responsibilities:

Assisting the bartenders in prep:

-Juicing Citrus, Cutting Garnishes, Making Syrups, Restocking Liquor/Beer/Wine, Rolling Silverware.

During Service:

-Running the dishwasher/polishing glassware, Bussing/resetting the bar-top and lounge.

-Restocking liquor, juices and syrups for service well.

-Run Drinks

-Pass along orders from members to the bartender serving them.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
